There Are Two Ways :
1. Use XInternal Xposed Module
2. Flash Above Provided Patch For Making SD Card As Default Storage But After Flashing Above Patch Only SD Card Will Be Shown In Setting/Storage And Default File Manager But You Can Access Internal Storage By ES File Explorer

Flashing Instructions :
1. For CTR Recovery Users :
▶️ Boot Into CTR Recovery Mode
▶️ Wipe Preflash
▶️ Flash Rom
▶️ Reboot
▶️ Enjoy
2. For TWRP Recovery Users :
▶ Boot Into TWRP Recovery Mode,
▶Then Go To Wipe
▶Then Click On Advanced Wipe
▶Then Just Select Dalvik/Art, Data, System, Cache And Just Swipe (It Will Take A Minute To Complete The Wipe)
▶Click Install Zip
▶Now Flash Rom
▶Then Gapps
▶Reboot
▶Enjoy
